First lecture of Institute of International Relations to be held in Guyana

As part of its 50th Anniversary , the Institute of International Relations (IIR) at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago,is presenting a series of lectures in several CARICOM states.

In collaboration with the University of Guyana’s, Faculty of Social Sciences, IIR will hold the first lecture series on Thursday May 12, 2016 at the Cara Lodge Hotel, Quamina Street, Georgetown at 10:00hrs, under the theme “CARICOM and Cuba in a changing hemispheric environment.”

It will be presented by Dr. Jacqueline Laguardia Matinez of IIR.
