    ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The West Indies Selection Panel today (May 18) named the 14-man squad for the first four matches of the upcoming Tri Nation One-Day International Series.

     

    The squad includes two players who are yet to play in ODIs for the West Indies. These are: off-spinner Ashley Nurse, who was a member of the West Indies team which won the ICC World T20 last month; and fast bowler Shannon Gabriel, who has played 16 Test matches.

     

    The Tri Series will feature West Indies, South Africa and Australia and all matches will be day/night. The series starts in at the Guyana National Stadium (June 3-7), then moves to Warner Park, St Kitts (June 11-15); and concludes at Kensington Oval, Barbados (June 19-26).
