DEVELOPING STORY: Students of Brickdam Secondary sent home following ‘sit in’ by teachers

The Brickdam Secondary School is closed for today, following a ‘sit in’ by teachers who protested unsatisfactory working conditions at the facility.

Students seen leaving the school, told Newsroom that they were told by Ministry officials that the school would be closed indefinitely and that their parents will be contacted.

Newsroom has so far been unable to contact an official from the Ministry of Education.
