  • Prime Minister of Dominica Roosevelt Skerritt, believes that sports can lead the way in building a strong Caribbean Community and it should be use to forged bilateral ties if CARICOM is serious about integration. Prime Minister Skerritt, who is also the Chairman of CARICOM, was at the time speaking at the presentation ceremony for the CARICOM 10K road race which was won by Guyana’s Cleveland Forde for the fifth time.
