New secondary school to be constructed at Waramuri, Region One
Cabinet has approved the construction of a Secondary School at Waramuri, Region One.
This will cost the government over 15 million dollars and will benefit some 265 students from Waramuri and surrounding villages.
These students presently attend the Santa Rosa Secondary School which is approximately 25 miles away.
Waramuri is an Indigenous village with some two hundred households with an estimated population of sixteen hundred.
