All-rounders Jonathon Foo and Anthony Adams were in fine form with bat and ball as second round action in the Guyana Cricket Board’s Jaguars Franchise League Three-day competition began at four venues across the country on Friday.

Foo first bagged 3-11 and then returned to hit an unbeaten 75 as Lower Corentyne closed the first day in firm control against Georgetown at the Albion ground.

Over at the Cumberland ground, Adams took 5-60 and was unbeaten on 30 at the close, but Essequibo ended the final day in a spot of bother against West Berbice.
