Houses in sections of #19 and Warren Villages were damaged with roofs blown off and foundations cracked.

One devastated resident told this publication that his entire roof was blown off while other parts of his home were destroyed. A shed which he said was built recently, costing some $400,000 collapsed during the heavy winds.

According to the man, he managed to save a mattress which he took downstairs in the kitchen. He disclosed that everything  in his home were also destroyed due to the heavy rain.

Another resident, Alimoon Gobin told News Room that he was not at home when the storm passed but when he returned the house had crumbled to the ground.

The entire #19 and Warren Villages sustained a power outage , however residents quickly began to rebuild as the day progressed.

Many of the residents claimed they were scared for their lives since such an experience was a first for them.
