The Governments of Suriname and Guyana will ensure that the Inter Guiana Games is kept alive, when the three-day goodwill series came to an end on Sunday. The Inter Guiana Games; a brainchild of former President Linden Forbes Sampson Burnham, was put together to help foster a better relationship in sports between Guyana and Suriname and would later see participation from French Guiana.
