He’s said to be one of MotoAmerica’s biggest star and he’s coming to Guyana to compete at the final leg of the Caribbean Motor Racing Championship (CMRC) at the South Dakota Circuit on Sunday November 13.

On his Yamaha R6, Bryce Prince took the MotoAmerica Superstock 600 Championship this year, and now he will travel to Guyana on Saturday to take part in the CMRC International Race of Champions.

“One of the owners of the team messaged me on Facebook and just started talking to me from there,” Prince said. “They were buying some bikes from Chuck Graves so when they met with Chuck, they came up and met me up here.” Prince noted via the MotoAmerica website.

Prince doesn’t know what to expect, though he knows the South Dakota Circuit is small, noting “it’s all going to be a surprise. I think it will be a cool experience. I don’t know how competitive it is to be honest. I don’t know how fast people are down there. The track I’m going to is super small—it’s less than a mile long. It should be interesting. Not sure if that will make it easier or harder with it being that little of a track.”

Prince will get two days of testing on the team’s Yamaha R6, adding “they want to do a test on Monday, Tuesday [November 7-8], then we’ll hang out Wednesday and Thursday and then the weekend will start—Friday, Saturday, Sunday [November 11-13]. The series runs like car stuff as well, so it’s like a big car and motorcycle event.”

Prince rode a Rider’s Discount/Tuned Racing Yamaha R6 to the 2016 MotoAmerica Superstock 600 Championship, winning nine of the 15 races.
