Distribution of School Uniform Vouchers to begin tomorrow

The Ministry of Education’s annual school voucher distribution will commence tomorrow (Monday, June 26, 2017).

According to a notice in Sunday’s Newspapers, the Education Ministry urges parents in Regions 2,3,4,5,6 and 10 and Bartica to uplift their uniform vouchers from respective public schools.

Only the presentation of a valid form of identification is needed to uplift a voucher.

The list of businesses where the voucher can be used will be available at the school, the Ministry said.

The vouchers are valid until October 30, 2017.

Each voucher is valued $2,000 and parents are reminded that vouchers are intended to be used for the purchase of school items only.
