Seven new COVID cases recorded
Seven new COVID cases recorded
A total of seven new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the last 24 hrs, taking the total number of infections confirmed in Guyana since March 2020 to 71, 322.
Based on the information provided in the Health Ministry’s daily COVID-19 dashboard on Tuesday, these new cases were recorded after 203 tests were done.
The cases were recorded in Region Two (one case), Region Three (two cases) and Region Four (four cases).
There are no patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) however, there are five persons in institutional isolation and 74 persons in home isolation.
Thus far, 69,962 patients have recovered from the virus and 1,281 deaths were recorded.
