Two more women infected with COVID

Another two women have been infected with the novel coronavirus and are now COVID-19 positive, based on information provided through the Ministry of Health’s daily dashboard.
These two new cases were recorded after 205 tests were conducted. The total number of COVID-19 infections recorded locally since March 2020 has increased to 71,401.
The women infected are from Regions Four and Seven.
Meanwhile, there are no patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Infectious Diseases Hospital nor in institutional quarantine. One person is in institutional quarantine and 42 people are in home isolation.
Thus far, 70,076 patients have recovered from the virus but 1,281 people have died.
