Four more COVID infections recorded

Four new COVID-19 infections were recorded after 120 tests were conducted over the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health reported on Friday.

The new cases bring the overall number of confirmed cases since March 2020 to 71, 465. The cases were recorded in Region Four (two cases) and Region Nine (two cases).

Two people are in institutional isolation and 29 patients are in home isolation.

To date, 70, 153 persons have recovered and 1, 281 have died of the pandemic.
