Speeding motorcyclist dies in Princes Street accident
A 24-year-old motorcyclist identified as Christopher Beckles died on Friday after he was involved in an accident on Princes Street, Georgetown.
The accident also involved motor car (HD 740), driven by 39-year-old Quintyn Bourne, Police Headquarters reported.
Police said Beckles was speeding when he lost control, fell on the road and ended up in the path of the car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMTs.
The car driver was taken into the custody and is assisting with the investigation.
