    BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles, is proud to announce its partnership as the Official Car Sponsor of the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2026. This milestone marks a significant step in strengthening BYD’s presence across the Caribbean, aligning the brand with one of the region’s most celebrated sporting events.

    The CPL tournament will take place across eight countries in 2026, including key BYD markets of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Lucia. Through this partnership, BYD aims to integrate innovation, sustainability, and cultural relevance into a unified regional campaign.

    Leveraging the passion and energy of cricket, BYD will roll out a series of high-impact activations, including stadium displays, interactive fan experiences, vehicle showcases, and digital campaigns. These initiatives are designed to not only enhance brand visibility but also drive meaningful engagement and lead generation across all participating markets.

    A key highlight of the campaign will be the “Wrap the Future: BYD x CPL Design Challenge”, inviting creatives across the Caribbean to design custom vehicle wraps inspired by cricket, Caribbean culture, and the future of mobility. Winning designs will be brought to life on BYD vehicles and showcased during CPL matches, road activations, and digital campaigns.

    The partnership will also feature dealership-based activations, including CPL viewing parties, test drive campaigns, and exclusive fan experiences. These initiatives will create multiple touchpoints for customers to engage with BYD’s innovative vehicle lineup while connecting with the excitement of the CPL tournament.

    Through this collaboration, BYD continues to reinforce its commitment to sustainable mobility while embedding itself within the cultural fabric of the Caribbean. The CPL platform provides a unique opportunity to connect with communities, inspire creativity, and drive both brand awareness and commercial growth.

    ATL Automotive and its regional teams will work closely with BYD to execute this campaign, ensuring consistency, scale, and impactful delivery across all markets.
